I keep watching it over and over and conclude that I'm just as baffled as the first time after each re-watch.

Agreed, this video makes amazes me each time I watch it. The Japanese have a lot of great ghost movies as well, particularly the girl walking through walls in the parking garage and offices.

They did this on Fact or Faked and showed that it was probably a spot in the fence that had the fasteners clipped and the fence slid over the car then pulled back in place. They did an exact re creation of the video

The only strange thing about it is that the fence is perfectly still when the car arrives and the width between the poles looks a bit small. It's funny you mentioned that show, my friend just met one of the ppl from the cast last week.
