Is there any chance that it's a reflection of something assuming that you've used flash?

Yep, I used flash. I'm not sure anymore, the only thing that was there to my left was a lamp and a lamp shade. I'm always skeptical of these photos myself. I think it's just a strange photo, not necessarily ghostly.
