I'd done the Ouija Board a few times prior to my worst experience. I'd experienced the normal paranormal stuff, for example, a few of my mates and I were doing ouija outside at night with one light, and the swing started moving without any breeze what so ever after it said it was a five-year-old.
But the worst experience was one weekend I was away at a horse event, my friend and I was extremely bored so we drew a board up.
We had done it before so we weren't worried at all. But we then soon realised we had contacted an evil spirit, 'ZOZO'.
When the planchette started counting down through the alphabet, we started to freak, so we stopped. Not long later we decided to try it again. We received one consistent answer, "no". The planchette then proceeded to go to every for corners of the board very fast.
This means the spirit is trying to escape the board. The planchette was out of control and we could not stop it, then it started doing figure eights. We knew we were speaking with ZOZO but it then repetitively told us who it was.
We said goodbye, ripped up the paper and couldn't think straight at all.
As soon as I got home, I felt the presence of a spirit around me and blamed it on my imagination.
That night, however, I was unable to sleep, which is understandable after all. I remember laying face down, thinking of the board and then was somehow paralyzed, and unable to control my thoughts at all.
I remember pictures of a board flashing in my mind, then the planchette going from Z to O.
I heard "I am ZOZO" and then I proceeded to shake uncontrollably and not able to breathe.
I wasn't myself for about a week after, I kept having weird thoughts and using a lot of self-control to fight off doing stupid things.
I'm still not sure if I got possessed or I experienced a panic attack, but it remains one of my scariest memories and I can guarantee I will not be touching another Ouija Board in my life.
